Pasta is pasta, and there is a tradition to follow. From grandfather to grandchildren this has always been the philosophy of the whole Cavallari family. For many years, they have been producing various types of durum wheat and egg semolina pasta with passion and craftsmanship.
Cavallari’s new plant is located in the Euganean Hills Natural Park, far from industrial areas. The environmental choice is very important: clean air and pure water mixed with ingredients such as non-GM wheat, fresh pasteurized eggs and aromatic herbs with intense scents, ensure the authenticity and the perfect taste of pasta.
Our pasta is made with top quality durum wheat semolina, essential to give the right consistency and flavor to the product.
We only use first choice eggs. An excellent raw material is essential for a good finished product.
Water, at the right temperature and in the right amount, is vital for the success of a good product. Few high-quality ingredients for an assured result.
